💡 Position Overview
The Clinical Education Facilitator (Nights) plays a key role in developing, implementing, and evaluating clinical education programs to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care.
This role supports the orientation, ongoing training, and professional development of direct care providers across the hospital. The facilitator uses evidence-based practice, adult learning principles, and innovative teaching strategies to foster a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs for clinical staff.
- Apply adult learning principles in the design and delivery of training.
- Incorporate evidence-based practice into curriculum design and professional development initiatives.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and develop training goals based on outcomes and evaluations.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance the quality and consistency of nursing education.
- Promote critical thinking, professional growth, and lifelong learning among nursing staff.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make data-driven improvements.

🎓 Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (BSN or MSN preferred).
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience; pediatric nursing experience required.
- Preferred Skills: Background in clinical education, nursing instruction, or professional development.
